developed and conducted by MIND India is the 3-month Certificate Course in
Counselling Skills. It is a full-time professional course affiliated with
Indian Council for Professional Educational Mission (ICPEM), registered under
NITI Aayog, Govt. of India (KA/0021735), ISO 9001-2015, and accredited by CCL
Accreditation Council (CLLAC). ICPEM-certified courses are globally accepted.

Aim
of the Course:
To develop qualified and
skill-based counsellors by focusing on their practical and experiential
training.
Pedagogy:
This course is perfectly suited
to meet the current demands by emphasising practical and experiential training
which will provide the trainees with applied skills and confidence required in
the field. The course offers a unique combination of didactic and practical
training, including classroom exercises and intensively supervised practicum
with 50% theory-based and 50% practical-based training as per the requirement
of ICPEM.
Eligibility:
Graduate with 50
% aggregate marks from disciplines of Psychology, Sociology, Education, Social
Work, Child Development, and Applied Health Sciences.
OR
With minimum work experience of 3 years attached to a government
organisation / non-profit organisations (NGO) / institutions / companies
working with issues related to children, youth, women, personal rights,
geriatric, disability, mental, family and marriage, career and guidance, AIDS,
tele-counselling, trauma and disaster management, and any other area of
expertise.

attendance of coursework by students is required to appear for the exam.

as well as a certificate of participation from MIND India.
