Wellness Programme For Senior Citizens

A glimpse into the “Wellness Programme for Senior Citizens” organised by MIND India, beautifully taken up and coordinated by Ms. Sandamita Choudhury, Clinical Psychologist.

The programme included Yoga Therapy sessions by Ms. Buli, taken up weekly.

This 3-month journey was a heartfelt exploration of how we can embrace the essence of aging and move toward a state of healthy, meaningful, and empowered aging.
