Meditation: A Cure To Mental Health

Meditation is a word that has come to be used loosely and inaccurately in the modern world. That is why there is no much confusion about how to practice it, people may sometime use the word ‘meditate when they mean thinking or contemplating, others use it refer to day dreaming or fantasizing. However, meditation is not any of these. It is the means for fathoming all the levels of ourselves and finally experiencing the center of consciousness within, It follows a particular order, has definite principles, and produce results that can be verified.
Meditation as a way for attening mental peace

In the meditation, the mind is clear, relaxed, and relaxed, and inwardly focused. When people meditate, they feel themselves as awake and alert on every situation. It requires an inner state that is still and one pointed so that the mind becomes silent. When the mind is silent and no longer distracts us, meditation deepens. The goal of meditation is to go beyond the mind and experience our essential nature - which is described as peace, happiness and bliss. Meditation helps to guide anun deisciplined and unruly mind on a particular path. As it is seen that the joys that are found in this world are all momentary, but the joy that comes within meditation is everlasting. Meditation is a way of training the mind so that people are not distracted and caught up in its endless churning. It teaches us how to explore our inner dimenssion, it is a system of commitment, not commandment.
