Mrs. Poonam Gokhale is a therapeutic nutritionist with varied experience in consulting patients regarding diet, lifestyle changes, preventing and managing disease, and implementing dietary and nutritional strategies.

She is an experienced educator and facilitator teaching pre-primary, primary and secondary students, with special experience in guiding and learning from autistic children and slow learners.

She has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Nutrition and Hospital Management in 2004, from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai.

She has experience with Ketogenic Diet Plan, Therapeutic Diet, Weight Management, etc.

Her interest lies in Yoga, Travel and Music.
