Dr. Sandeep Bhalla

Dr. Bhalla is an alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) Pune, holding a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree as well as a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Community Medicine. 

He has held positions at renowned institutions such as VMMC, Safdarjang Hospital, NACO, DFID Technical Support unit RCSHA & IIHMR, Delhi, and PHFI. 

In his current roles, Dr. Bhalla serves as the Associate Vice President-Projects at ECHO India, overseeing overall health operations and the expansion of the ECHO model.

He also holds honorary advisory positions at the National Health Missions of Sikkim and Nagaland, the Global Development Centre at RIS, and the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. He also holds a position as Adjunct Faculty at Public Health Foundation of India.
